First-team post-match analyst
Joel Bonner is the first-team post-match analyst at Liverpool FC.
His role as part of the Reds' backroom staff has seen him come full-circle with the club, having been a player at the Academy between the ages of 12 and 16 before being released.
He went on to be a youth-team player at Shrewsbury Town and studied sport and exercise psychology at Loughborough University.
Bonner returned to LFC in 2020, taking on a position as U15/U16 analyst and individual coach back at the Kirkby Academy base.
He then stepped up to duties with the senior team during the summer of 2023 under Jürgen Klopp and now continues in that role as part of head coach Arne Slot's team.
